Personalize Items: Specify your text and text color in the
personalization box. (Default text will vary based on design)
Review Your Choices: Double-check your text color, spelling, garment size.
Return Policy
For Our Mistakes: 100% free replacement for any issues on
our end.
Customer Errors: Please note, we don't accept returns or
refunds for wrong size, design, color choices, or incorrect address because of
the time it takes to produce each item.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation:
Possible within 2 hours of purchase. No cancellations once production starts.
Payment Policy
We will start processing your order as soon as payment has
cleared and details of orders are finalized.
Processing & Shipping Policy
Custom-made or handmade items: 3-5 business days for
preparation. Custom orders may take longer depending on how elaborate they are,
but 99% of the time all our orders go out within 3-5 business days from the
time payment is made.
Domestic delivery in 3-7 business days post-production. All
Items shipped in the US are shipped with USPS Priority. (We currently do not
ship Internationally).
